knitted up in layers OOTD

************************************

Don't forget, TODAY is the last day to enter the Betsey Johnson Swag Bag & Anthropologie Gift Card giveaway here

************************************

Today's post will be short since my workload right now is insane. Bah, and I've got a nasty head cold from too much stress, too little sleep.

Here's yesterday's OOTD. It was mighty cold out, so I decided to wrap myself in soft and warm knitted layers. Maybe I could tell I was about to get sick, and it was my way of comforting myself. I think in retrospect, I would have preferred having a brown leather belt with this look, but yesterday the soft faux suede of the obi belt just seemed like a comfy interesting option.

You can tell it was really cold cuz I put Budz in a sweatshirt for the day, lol.

you look so warm and cozy :) I thin the obi belt works well, it is unexpected but the colours go together great. Hope you are feeling better soon!

I hope you feel better! I've been feeling under the weather as well, and I can't figure out if it's because of my dental work or if I'm just coming down with something.

I actually think the ivory obi belt is the perfect complement to your long sweater. It really stands out against the dark gray. And you got great deals on all these items!

Don't you look so adorable and cosy in your layered knits! this is a great cold-weather outfit Lori! I always struggle with clothing for colder months as my wardrobe consists of mainly dresses! I really need a warm knit dress like yours. Lucky it's spring here anyway.
Hope you feel better by your next post!
Cheers

I love the way you used the Pink fabric Belt. And the boots are so Lord of the Rings. I'm a sucker for snowflakes. I hope I win. I have not won a giveaway yet. Crossing fingers, toes, eyes, whatever it takes.

Lately I'm really loving the deep rich brown leather that almost have a tint of red to it like the boots you had here. Such a cozy outfit, it reminds me one of the Ann Taylor Loft outfit. the second one here:

Hi Everyone! Thanks so much for your lovely comments! I'm glad people think the belt worked with this outfit. Sometimes it's those spur of the moments decisions that are the best :)

@LilMissSeamstress you can def pick up the illness.. Who knew it would end up being as devastating as it's been, lol

@Inkmark omg, you are so right. Very cool! I just need some furry wristlets, and a cozy hat and scarf!
